Adjoint administratif - Ottawa/Montreal

The FMB is expanding and opening offices in Winnipeg, Ottawa and Montreal and we are looking for qualified staff.

We are currently seeking experienced and proactive professionals to join our team as Administrative Assistants.

Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Services, you will exhibit limitless motivation and initiative and will thrive working in a dynamic and vibrant team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Director of Corporate Services.
  • Manage all administration associated with client funding agreements
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A relevant post-secondary education
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Previous experience working as an EA at a professional advisory accounting or legal firm
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and possess a Microsoft Office specialist certificate
  • Demonstrated financial literacy
  • Well-developed communication abilities and previous experience interacting directly with clients
  • Strong graphic design and/or presentation software formatting skills
  • Fluency in French (required for Montreal office, asset for Ottawa and Winnipeg offices).
