Vision Quest is a unique and timely documentary, telling the history of the Indigenous Peoples of Canada by Indigenous people, through Indigenous perspectives. The film, produced by the First Nations Financial Management Board (FMB), highlights the success stories of many First Nations across the country. Specifically, it showcases stories of First Nations that have used the First Nations Fiscal Management Act (FMA) to access long-term affordable capital to promote social and economic development. The film offers a pathway to hope and victory by leveraging modern legislation outside the Indian Act.
