The Privacy Act provides citizens the right to access personal information held by the government and protection of that information against unauthorized use and disclosure.
To make an Access to Information Act Request：
- Complete the Access to Information Request Form.
- Pay the fee by cheque or money order, payable to the Receiver General of Canada.
